 Hi. My name is Brooke Raine and I'm the Principal at Tresswell State School.

This year has been a great year so far and I'm sure it will continue to be. I have incorporated Essential Learnings into my planning and the students are experiencing challenging, exciting and interactive learning experiences.
We have been congratulated by the Premier for once again being a high performing school in Queensland, regarding our NAPLAN results.
Tresswell State School has been participating in culminating days throughout the year and as well as cross countries, sports days and swimming carnivals. This is a worth while experience for the students as they get to socialise with other students their age as well as experience different teachers and therefore different teaching practices. These days are usually held at Springsure State School and the students look forward to them every term.
This term, our students have been participating in swim club and are very excited about the upcoming swimming carnival.
